Dancer's Warehouse Order Form

Reminder that if you would like me to order on your behalf any tights, shoes or accessories for the end of year concert from the Dancer’s Warehouse, please complete the order form before the end of term 3. I will be doing a bulk order over the school holidays for anyone who would like something. Refer to the costume details note for what your child will need to wear for each dance. You are more than welcome to source your own tights etc or use what you already may own.
